Effective October 1, 2007, all GCAF Waiver Centers will become GCAF Service Centers. The current GCAF Waiver Centers will be closed and five new full-time GCAF Service Centers will open in Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties. Part-time service centers will open in Cherokee, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Henry, Paulding, and Rockdale counties.
GCAF is also partnering with metro Atlanta tag offices to offer waiver services. GCAF recommends contacting your local tag office to find out the services they offer.
